Boot Camp – Boot camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Core Training – Get your abs in great shape with this challenging core class.
Combat Kickboxing – Martial arts-inspired interval workout that combines kickboxing with athletic drills.
Cycling – Indoor cycling is a great cardio workout that combines kickboxing with athletic drills.
H20 – Get a great cardio & strength workout through the benefits of water resistance.
HipHop/Salsa – Have fun while you move to the music & get a great workout.
Interval Training – A great cardio & strength training workout.
Muscle Strength – Tone and build muscle mass utilizing different resistance tools.
Strength and Conditioning – This interval training routine blends strength and cardio alternating circuits using body weight, a variety of equipment and partner work. The circuit training workout is loaded with functional exercises designed to give you the ultimate challenge.
Pilates – Stretching and strengthening exercises that focus on mind/body awareness and core development.
X-treme Fitness – Train to the extreme. You will be motivated to push yourself to the limits of cardio and weights.
Yoga – Appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind and de-stress.
Yogalates – Combines Yoga and Pilates.
Zumba – Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Unlike a typical dance class where counts are used, Zumba involves following the music with repetitive movements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
