Dr. Eric Gresch earned his B.S. in communications with a minor in business administration at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla. After working for five years in the field of advertising, Gresch earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in international business at the University of Florida. He then earned an M.S. in management with concentration in human resource management and organizational change at the University of Central Florida. Gresch completed his Ph.D. in business management with concentrations in human resource management and organizational change at Auburn University. Gresch’s primary research interests are in the areas in human resource development, organizational change, and pedagogy.
