Biography

Dr. Jessica Hamm is an assistant professor of exercise science. Her professional endeavors and research focus on health promotion, specifically for individuals with disabilities. Hamm's main line of research aims to understand the motivational processes for individuals with autism to engage in physical activity. Additionally, she is interested in how physical activity contributes to people's health-related quality of life. Within her classes Hamm encourages student to apply course material to real-life situations.
