Georgia Gwinnett College’s IT major prepares students for opportunities in almost every field – from business to healthcare, arts and entertainment, education, government, forensics and national security. Students graduate as ITEC professionals with knowledge of computer hardware and software, databases, networks, wireless technology and the Internet. They also develop the skills of effective communication, teamwork and leadership.

Fast Facts

  • Designed for working adults who want to complete a bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • Program completion in two years with nine 8-week terms (two course per term).
  • Classes meet on Friday evenings and Saturdays during the day.
  • Classes are held in a hybrid format, using online and traditional face to face formats.
  • Classes taught by faculty with industry experience.
  • GGC Complete is a cohort program, where a group of students will enter and complete the program together.
  • Eligible students should have completed most of their core curriculum requirements prior to enrollment in GGC Complete.
