Meet Our Faculty
Georgia Gwinnett College recruits faculty who share our commitment to student success. Most of our 500+ faculty have earned doctorates or other terminal degrees. All of them have a passion for teaching.
As a student, you'll quickly experience the difference this makes. When they are not in class, our faculty are often tutoring, texting or talking with their students.
Below are some of the faculty who make GGC shine. They are not the only ones. In each of our schools - Business, Education, Liberal Arts, and Science & Technology - you'll find faculty ready to help you succeed.
Dr. Jessica Damián is an associate professor of English and the interim associate dean for the School of Liberal Arts. She joined Georgia Gwinnett College in 2007 as the founding faculty member of the English program.
