Registration

The Registrar can help you declare a major, register for courses and apply for graduation. Many of the answers to your questions can be found on this website, which also has access to the forms and documents you will need throughout the year. 

Current Students

Registration periods are published on the website at www.ggc.edu and additional notification is sent to students via the approved Georgia Gwinnett College student email address and through the Georgia Gwinnett College student newsletter. Students may search for classes that fit your schedule in the online class schedule. You will be required to log in to Banner in order to actually register. All students must meet with their mentor prior to registering for classes.

New Transfer Students

New transfer students (those who have transferred in 30 hours or more of credit) will be invited to attend a Bear Essentials session. During this session students will receive orientation to college as well as academic advisement. It is important to attend a Bear Essentials session to obtain information about advising and registration. Students will not be able to register unless they attend a Bear Essentials session.

New Freshmen

New freshmen (those with less than 30 hours of transferable credit) will be invited to attend a Bear Essentials session.
