B.S. in Biology
Biology focuses on the study of life from the whole organism to the molecular level and emphasizes understanding species and their genetics, development, evolution and interaction with a dynamic environment. Biology is a multidisciplinary program for students interested in the full range biology professions. There are four tracks of study in Biology.

Exercise science is the multidisciplinary study of the function of the human body during various acute and chronic exercise conditions and is designed to promote the quality of life of individuals and society. Increased interest in sports, physical fitness, exercise and wellness has produced diverse career options beyond the more traditional role of physical educator in schools and colleges.
B.S. in Information Technology
Information technology (ITEC) is the multidisciplinary study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and system networks. ITEC professionals accomplish a range of tasks from developing and installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases. There are three tracks of study in ITEC.

Mathematics is the study of quantity, structure, space, relation, change and various topics of pattern, form and entity and goes far beyond the traditional math topics studied in high school. Mathematicians seek out patterns and other quantitative aspects of the entities they study, whether these entities are numbers, spaces, natural sciences, computers or abstract concepts. Mathematics students focus on the basics of analysis and algebra, together with topology, number theory, logic, numerical analysis, dynamical systems and differential equations. There are three tracks of study in mathematics.
