Dr. Sang Hyuck Park is an assistant professor of chemistry. He joined the Georgia Gwinnett College faculty in the spring of 2010. He received a bachelor of science in fiber and polymer science and a master of science in materials science and engineering from Seoul National University. He earned a doctorate in environmental engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining the GGC, he worked with Environmental Protection Division of Georgia Department of Natural Resources for two and half years. His research interests include environmental chemistry in water treatment and greenhouse gas reduction technology in major industries, including power-generating facilities.
