How does a free site make money? How does a site that charges a fee get subscribers? What are the true costs involved in setting up and maintaining an E-commerce site? In the business track you will learn the basic concepts of business as they apply to technology, and the technology to appropriately interface between technicians and business leaders.
As part of your work in this concentration, you will take several programming courses and develop a basic background in the sciences and mathematics. Upper level courses include system E-commerce, operations and project management, professional practice and ethics and an internship experience. Several electives are available in business and technology such as marketing, microeconomics, human computer interactions, advanced networking, information security and systems analysis and design.
