Stephanie Abbott

Ms. Stephanie Abbott

“My experiences at Georgia Gwinnett College elevated my understanding of both myself and the world around me,” says Stephanie Abbott. “These experiences enabled me to clearly define my own philosophy, which I utilize in every task I perform: I strive to empower others by embracing self-worth and confidence through creativity, community and a love of learning.”

Abbott graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2016, receiving her bachelor’s degree in English.

As a student, Abbott was very involved in the Honors Program, the Office of Student Involvement, and the English Club. She also dedicated much of her time to coordinating events for Relay for Life and Intersections: GGC’s academic conference on gender and sexuality.

While Abbott was born and raised in Loganville, just outside Gwinnett County, she has always considered herself a Gwinnettian. When she is not traveling on the road or assisting students, Abbott enjoys practicing yoga, camping with her family, playing board games and spending time in downtown Lawrenceville.

Abbott is excited to share her experiences with prospective students and assist them in navigating this next chapter of life. Whether you have questions regarding the general admissions process or student life at GGC, don’t hesitate to contact her for assistance.
