The Classroom Tech Support (CTS) staff works with faculty and staff to plan, set up and support audiovisual needs for events and venues on campus. CTS can provide special lighting in the Student Center's LVIS, Cisco Auditorium and the Library's Heritage Room. Audio support may include speakers, microphones and music, depending on the event.

Use the event template in the Helpdesk to request audiovisual support at least two weeks prior to an event to ensure ample planning and preparation. 

You may also email helpdesk@ggc.edu. Please provide the following information when requesting audiovisual assistance for events or venues:

  • Event organizer's name
  • Event organizer's contact information
  • Event date
  • Event set up time
  • Event start time
  • Event end time
  • Campus location

For large-scale events or special lighting, contact Morgan Vick directly at eventsupport@ggc.edu at least one month prior to your anticipated event date for a planning meeting.
