2011 Dining Hall Summer Operating Hours
Monday-Friday
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday
Brunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Summer 2011 Meal Plans
Meals per Week are visits to the all-you-can-eat dining hall. These meals repeat/reset every week and unused meals during this week are forfeited.
The Block Plan allows students to purchase a certain number of meals to use any time over the course of the semester at the dining hall. Faculty and staff may also purchase a Block Plan.
Munch Money gives parents and students the option to add money to their existing food plan to be used for food purchased at any GGC dining facility on campus or to bring guests to the Student Center Dining Hall. Munch Money purchases are considered part of the student’s food plan and therefore are not subject to sales tax. Learn more.
Commuter students with less than 30 credit hours are required to purchase a meal plan. Commuter students with 30 or more credits may still choose to purchase meal plans in the Student Accounts office to take advantage of discounted meal plan pricing.
Students may only request a change in their meal plan selection within the first two days of the new semester. However, you may add additional funds to your Cave Cash at any time. Go to Student Accounts in Building D to make these changes.
Resident Meal Plans
All resident students are required to participate in a meal plan. The following meal plans are available for the 2011 summer sessions.

Commuter Meal Plans
All first-year commuter students are required to purchase a commuter meal plan per summer session.
Transient students with more than 6 credits are required to purchase meal plans.

**Munch Money can be used to purchase food at any of Georgia Gwinnett's retail dining locations. Dining locations include the food court in Building A, Jazzman's Cafe in the Library, City Café located in Building B, and the resident dining facility located in the student union.
