The Fitness Center is an integral and active office at GGC. Students, faculty and staff can enjoy a wide variety of fitness and exercise activities in our state-of-the-art facility. The GGC Fitness Center fosters the holistic development of the college community by promoting healthy lifestyle choices such as regular exercise, the benefits of which include:
- Increased energy
- Increased strength and stamina
- Increased mental focus
- Reduced stress
- Decreased risk of heart disease
- Decreased risk of diabetes
- Improved weight managemet
Important: You must have your Claw Card to enter the Fitness Center, even if you are attending an academic class. No exceptions.

The Fitness Center is located in Building F.

Fitness Center
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Pool Monday* - Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Closed *The pool closes Mondays for academic classes during the following times: 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.; 2 p.m-3:15 p.m.; 6 p.m.-7:40 p.m.
Please note that all hours are subject to change due to the academic calendar, unforeseen circumstances and/or maintenance schedules.
