There will be no classes during spring break: March 8-12.

Combat Kickboxing - Martial Arts-inspired interval workout combines kickboxing with athletic drills.

Core Training - Get an all-around core workout with this ab-blasting class.

Cycling - Indoor cycling is a great cardio workout. Any fitness level welcome; you determine your own level.

H20 Interval - Get a great cardio and strength workout through the benefits of water resistance.

Hip-Hop - Have fun while you move to the music and get a great workout.

Interval Training - Challenge yourself with alternating cardio and resistance training all in one session. This demanding workout will get your heart pumping and muscles flexing.

Muscle Strength - Tone and build muscle mass utilizing different resistance tools.

Pilates - These popular stretching and strengthening exercises focus on mind/body awareness and core development.

Salsa- Learn great dance moves while you get a great workout.

Self Defense- Learn and master self-defense techniques and skills.

Step & BOSU - Step intervals of BOSU.

Step IT - Step Interval will challenge you with resistance and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment.

X-Treme Fitness - You will be motivated to push yourself to the limits with a mix of cardio and strength challenges.

Yogalates - Combines yoga and Pilates.
