Class descriptions
Muscle Strength - Tone and build muscle mass utilizing different resistance tools.
X-treme Fitness - Train to the extreme. You will be motivated to push yourself to the limits of cardio and weights.
Boot Camp - Boot camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Core Training - Get your abs in great shape with this challenging core class.
Combat Kickboxing - Martial arts-inspired interval workout that combines kickboxing with athletic drills.
Cycling - Indoor cycling is a great cardio workout that combines kickboxing with athletic drills.
H20 - Get a great cardio & strength workout through the benefits of water resistance.
HipHop/Salsa - Have fun while you move to the music & get a great workout.
Interval Training - A great cardio & strength training workout.
Pilates - Stretching and strengthening exercises that focus on mind/body awareness and core development.
Yogalates - Combines Yoga and Pilates.
Zumba - Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Unlike a typical dance class where counts are used, Zumba involves following the music with repetitive movements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
