Congratulations! The students, faculty and staff of GGC welcome you to the Grizzly Campus and congratulate you on your acceptance into Georgia Gwinnett College.
We want to make your transition into college life a positive and meaningful experience. Learn about the New Student Programs designed to get your semester started on the right track:
- SMART: Student Mentoring, Advising, Registration, and Testing Orientation. You’ll be introduced to advising and registration, mentored throughout the process of selecting your first classes at GGC. Your attendance is required.
- Bear Essentials integrates new students into the GGC community with information and programs that introduce new Grizzlies to numerous areas of GGC life. Your attendance is required.
- This welcome week is packed with activities and programs for new and returning students. Kick-off the new semester with any or all of the fun-filled events planned just for you.
- This one credit seminar is required for all incoming first-year students with less than 30 transferable credits. Completing this course will give you the tools needed to succeed in college.
