GGC understands that college graduates need more than solid academic skills to succeed. That’s why it targets whole student development, offering opportunities for continuous learning through academic, social and civic activities that build on classroom material.
Community service projects, internships and campus activities allow students to explore their interests and put theory into practice as well as have a good time.
Take the student organizations. Student-founded and student-led, clubs in biology, business, psychology, student government and more let students hone their leadership and teamwork skills – and see classroom lessons come to life.

GGC Dining & the Office of Residece life will be hosting summer cook-outs in the Housing courtyard from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on the following days.
The Student Center Dining Hall will be closed for dinner meal time on the Campus Cook-Out dates. A campus Cook-Out meal card is required for these events. Residential students may obtain meal cards from the Office of Housing and Residence Life. Non-residential students may purchase meal card from the Student Center Dining Hall anytime prior to the event time.
Residential Life - Terrific Tuesday: Game Night - We will have board games and Pizza from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Come join GGC Intramural Sports as we host a Kickball Tournament on the evening of May 31st at 6:00pm! The game(s) will be held at Intramural Field #1.
No registration is necessary to participate. Students wishing to participate should arrive to the intramural fields with a valid Claw Card. Teams will be decided at the fields.
