Tech Talk: Artificial Intelligence Applied to Medical Diagnosis of Cancer

Matthew Camp, GGC student and  ITEC-Software Development major, spent last summer researching and developing an AI, using a neural network, to identify brain tumors in real world clinical brain MRIs as part of a National Science Foundation grant at Lehigh University.  

During this Tech Talk, Matthew will provide an introduction to neural networks, give some examples of their practical uses in the real world, and explain his research at Lehigh University. His research has been published by IEEE and presented at MIT. All are welcome to join the talk and learn about the future of AI.
