The "Coping with Stress Effectively" workshop is offered to help students manage and reduce stress. Students will explore the importance of learning how to cope with stress in a healthy and fun way. In addition, learn how to identify internal and external triggers, strategies to eliminate unnecessary stress, and coping techniques to have the energy to handle stress.
