Participation in student organizations is an enjoyable outlet for GGC students. In addition, taking part in organizations compels students to apply the lessons learned inside the classroom to a complex learning environment marked by communication, critical thinking, collaboration, decision-making, project execution, leadership and assessment.
Each stage of student organization formation, funding, project planning and assessment emphasizes the application and familiarization of the student to the following Integrated Educational Experience Outcome goals:
Such student organizations may include sports clubs, academic organizations, spiritual and religious organizations, community service organizations or other student interest driven organizations consistent with the community standards contained in the Student Handbook.
