Outdoor Adventures requires that participants pre-register for all programs that require a registration fee so that we may properly prepare for the events. Please note the registration deadline for each program and be sure to get signed-up before it passes.  Events with a limited number of spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.

How to Register for Events Requiring Payment

  1. Make event payment. See payment policy information below. Please note, your registration is not complete until payment is made.
  2. Take receipt to Outdoor Adventures office.
  3. Complete all necessary prerequisites (if required) and forms.

For Free Events

Simply show up at the Wellness and Recreation Center 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

Forms

You will need to complete a liability waiver and medical form, and turn the forms into the Outdoor Adventures Office at the time of event/trip departure

Refund and Payment Policies 

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration, unless a deposit is allowed. Programs that allow for deposits will be noted under cost.

Payments for all trips must be made in Student Accounts or in the Wellness and Recreation Center. If you are paying in the Wellness and Recreation Center, you may pay by Cave Cash only. Notify the Student Accounts or Wellness and Recreation Center representative of which event you are paying for at the time of payment, and bring your receipt to the Outdoor Adventures Office. 

Program costs vary depending on the trip. All trips are non-refundable unless the Outdoor Adventures Office cancels the program.
