Class Descriptions

Boot Camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Core and More strengthens your abdominal muscles and builds a strong back to enhance overall strength, flexibility, and performance.

Combat Kickboxing, a martial arts-inspired interval workout that combines kickboxing with athletic drills.

Pop Physique (Dance) is an opportunity to dance your way into fitness with a combination of the latest hits on the radio.

Indoor Cycling is a strength and cardio workout.

Interval Conditioning is a great cardio and strength training workout.

Queenax Boost is a 30-minute total body workout that optimizes time and results with a super-functional total body training.

SUP Yoga Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga takes your favorite yoga routines and puts them on water! Yoga practice brings balance and restores all bodily systems by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength!

Muscle Strength tones and builds muscle mass utilizing different resistance tools.

Yoga is appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind and de-stress.
