Class Descriptions

Boot Camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Butts and Guts strengthens your abdominal muscles and builds a strong back to enhance overall strength, flexibility and performance.

Dance Cardio is an opportunity to dance your way into fitness with a combination of the latest hits on the radio.

Indoor Cycling is a strength and cardio workout.

Interval Conditioning is a great cardio and strength training workout.

Queenax Boost is a 30-minute total body workout that optimizes time and results with a super-functional total body training.

TRX is a more intense version of Boost that simultaneously develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Looking for an intense 30-minute workout? This is it!

Muscle Strength tones and builds muscle mass utilizing different resistance tools.

Yoga is appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind and de-stress.
