Biography

Dr. Cicura was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and earned his Ph.D. in philosophy from Boston College. He has an extensive teaching experience, first in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, then in the USA where he taught Philosophy at Boston College and Salem State University. He has also taught History and World Religions at Bunker Hill Community College. He is now teaching World Religions and building the philosophy program at Georgia Gwinnett College. He has extensive publications in philosophy of history, African philosophy, metaphysics, social science and religious studies.
