Mr. James "Frank" Hardymon

Frank Hardymon joined Georgia Gwinnett College as vice president for Business and Finance in August of 2019. He came to GGC from Columbus State University, where he had served as assistant vice president for Business and Finance since August 2014. Prior to Columbus State, Hardymon served as associate athletic director / CFO for the Georgia Tech Athletic Association from January 2008 to August of 2014. From 2009-10 he served as president of the College Athletic Business Management Association.
Previously, Hardymon was assistant athletic director (1997-2004) and associate athletic director (2004-2008) at the College of William & Mary. From 1995 to 1997, he managed Villanova University’s athletic budget as the associate business manager. Hardymon worked in corporate finance in Chicago from 1988 to 1993.
He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Kentucky in 1987. He earned an MBA from DePaul University in 1992 and a Master's of Education from the University of Georgia in 1995.
