Laurie Shepard: DIRECTORY

Ms. Laurie Shepard comes to GGC after spending the past 16 years teaching, training and evaluating athletes throughout the country. Her primary focus has been to teach and prepare athletes for the college level. Using her experiences as a college athlete at Florida State University and as a professional with the Colorado Silver Bullets, Shepard has mentored approximately 500 athletes in all aspects of sports and fitness.
