Biography

Mrs. Lisa Pugsley is a faculty member of the School of Health Sciences. Prior to coming to GGC, she worked as a senior clinical learning coordinator at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Her career includes positions as a staff nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the coordinator of the Nurse Residency Programs at Gwinnett Medical Center and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Pugsley's areas of interest include pediatric nursing, healthy nursing work cultures and new graduate nurses' transition to practice.
