Dr. Sharron Jenkins
Professor of Chemistry
Dr. Sharron Jenkins holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from North Carolina A&T State University and a Ph.D. degree in chemistry (biophysical major) from Loyola University of Chicago. Jenkins served as a professor of chemistry (biophysical) for over 20 years – six years at Columbia College of Chicago, seven years at Georgia Gwinnett College, and six years at Purdue University Northwest, where she was a tenured faculty member. Today, she is leading the way in HIV/AIDS education and prevention.
