While the holidays can be joyful, many individuals also experience increased stress, loneliness or symptoms of depression. Academic pressures, financial concerns and personal circumstances can intensify emotional strain.

Dr. Hall is passionate about psychological well-being, training and program development. She has facilitated numerous trainings and webinars that enhance understanding of mental health topics, including sleep hygiene, seasonal affective disorder, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders and burnout. Dr. Hall also leads a professional consultation group on culturally responsive care and developed the Behavioral Health Services Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, which launched in Fall 2024. In addition, Dr. Hall supports system-wide initiatives focused on wellness and leadership development and leads Northside Hospital Wellness Rounds, promoting clinician well-being across five hospital campuses.
