Information technology students take top awards at research competition

A group of information technology students recently took top awards during the student research competition portion of the Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges Southeast Conference at Furman University.
Student team members included Jory Alexander, Matthew Camp, Mike Deiters, Pedro Garcia, Anastasiya Golovan, Jacob Piazza, and Gina Ann Rosbury and Kevin Stevens.
Dr. Evelyn Brannock, assistant professor of information technology; Dr. Robert Lutz, associate professor of information technology; Dr. Derek Behmke, assistant professor of chemistry; and Dr. David Kerven, associate professor of information technology, served as advisors.
