Please complete the form to request a library instruction session. This session can be held face-to-face or online, either synchronously or asynchronously.

Each session introduces and reinforces the transferable skills of locating, evaluating and using information – skill building and understanding needed for students’ academic, personal and professional success.

Library instruction is most effective when students have a research project at the time of the instruction, so preference will be given to requests that have library-related assignments. Course instructors are also expected to accompany their class to the instruction session.

Please submit this form at least two weeks before your requested session.

Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are REQUIRED.
