The college seal is the most formal component of the identity system. Use of the seal is restricted to formal communications of the institution including, but not limited to the following:
- For official college events and collateral
- Invites to, or for events involving state constituents
- President's Office stationery
- President's Office Web page
- For SACSCOC (Southern Association of College's and Schools Commission on Colleges) materials toward accreditation
