What Information Security Does
- Provides awareness and training through cyber security bulletins for students, faculty and staff
- Supports and implements policies and continually reviews those policies
- Provides strategies and procedures in response to security incidents and events that compromise GGC’s information assets
- Applies technical processes to protect campus resources
Report an Incident
Every user of Georgia Gwinnett College information technology resources has an obligation to report suspected violations of the Appropriate Use policy for computing and information technology resources, as well as any other Information Technology services policies, standards or guidelines. Reports should be directed to the Information Security Officer by calling the Helpdesk at 678.407.5611 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
