International Education Week (IEW) recognizes the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide, preparing students for a global environment and attracting future leaders from abroad to learn and share their experiences.

Hosted by the Office of Internationalization, this panel session will discuss the decision-making process used to ensure the authenticity of “Teach-in for Racial Justice” in solidarity with the national Scholar Strike and the lessons the panelists learned as instructors. Students will share how the event contributed to their understanding of the role educators play in advocating for racial justice.
