Annual performance evaluations are required for University System of Georgia (USG) employees. USG policy requires that all employees be evaluated at least once each year to support consistency, accountability and effective talent management across the system.

Annual performance evaluations are an important part of supporting employee success and advancing Georgia Gwinnett College’s strategic priorities. They help ensure alignment with institutional goals, promote accountability and support a culture of continuous improvement.

It is now time to complete the ePerformance process for 2025. Our goal for 2025 completion rate is at least 80%. Please review the important dates and deadlines below:


  • February 28: Deadline for submitting 2025 performance evaluations
  • March 1: 2026 annual performance review documents will be available in ePerformance
  • March 31: Deadline for uploading 2026 goals in ePerformance

To assist employees and supervisors with completing 2025 evaluations, Human Resources is offering Check-In and Level-Up: Managing Annual Reviews in ePerformance. These virtual sessions will include a walkthrough of the ePerformance process, including common issues and real-time answers to questions.

  • Tuesday, February 3, 9 a.m.
  • Thursday, February 12, 9 a.m.
