About Student Accounts

The way we see it, cost should never be a factor in getting a great education. At GGC, you'll find affordable tuition and helpful Student Accounts representatives dedicated to making each semester's transactions accurate, efficient and easy to navigate.

Student Accounts takes and records tuition and fees payments, and assists with resources to estimate costs using online calculators, pay your bill and manage your account, explore Nelnet payment plan options, access your online student account and more.

We work closely with Financial Aid, but are not involved in the determination of financial aid awards, including grants, loans, work-study and scholarships. For information about financial assistance, please contact Financial Aid.

Faculty and staff may visit Student Accounts for petty cash and departmental and club deposit processing.

In accordance with the University System of Georgia, each student at Georgia Gwinnett College is required to accept the agreement prior to registration.

Students’ authorization to enroll in courses at Georgia Gwinnett College is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.

The agreement is displayed as an “Action Item” on the Grizzly Den landing page.

Steps to Acknowledge

1. Log into your Grizzly Den: Self-Service Access
2. Click on “View Action Items” that takes you to your profile.
3. In your profile, click on “View Action Items.”
4. Click on the “Financial Responsibility Agreement” link to see the document. There will be a pending note on the top right-hand corner of the page.
5. Read the “Financial Responsibility Agreement.”
6. Click “I Agree” at the bottom of the document, then “Save.”
7. Scroll back to the top of your “Financial Responsibility Agreement” page and note the following to indicate you are done:
   1. Top right corner will read “Agree”
   2. Response date will be listed, along with your current response acknowledgement “I agree.”
8. Exit the page.      

Please note: Once you have agreed, the financial agreement page still displays, however, your registration restriction is removed.
