This kickoff event will introduce students to the Math and Engineering Club (MEC), its mission and its opportunities for involvement. All GGC students are welcome to attend and learn more about how MEC supports math, engineering, ITEC and broader STEM communities on campus.
During this event, officers will share upcoming semester events, explain how students can participate in competitions and projects, and gather feedback on what members would like to see from MEC this year. Students will also have the opportunity to network, meet peers and professors from related disciplines and help shape the direction of future club initiatives.
