This highly interactive workshop uses the "Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High" framework to help faculty and academic staff prepare for, initiate and respond effectively in challenging conversations about academic performance, expectations and conduct. Participants will practice language, examine a range of realistic academic scenarios and leave with conversation tools they can use immediately in meetings with students.
