Information Technology will perform scheduled maintenance on the eduroam wireless network to improve performance and security. Due to vendor availability, maintenance is planned for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13. During this time, brief interruptions may occur.

This maintenance is not expected to affect faculty, staff or students connecting to eduroam on the Georgia Gwinnett College campus. However, faculty, staff and students traveling to other campuses during this window may experience temporary interruptions when connecting to eduroam at those locations. If that occurs, connect to the guest network available at the campus you are visiting.

In the unlikely event that you experience on-campus issues with eduroam during this period, use one of the following networks:

•    GGC_Wireless – For students, faculty and staff with GGC credentials
•    GGC_Guest – For visitors and temporary access

Once maintenance is complete, the eduroam service will resume as normal.
