Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, all curriculum proposals will need to be submitted through the new Curriculum software. This change is part of Georgia Gwinnett College’s effort to improve and streamline its course management and approval processes. Any proposals in the current system will continue to be processed through the current tool.
Training sessions
To ensure a smooth transition, several training sessions on the new software are available on the following dates:
Key dates
- Dec. 1, 2025: The legacy curriculum system will be disabled. All proposals must use the new system, Curriculum.
- Proposals submitted to the legacy portal before Dec.1, 2025, will continue to be processed through the current tool.
- Aug. 31, 2026: Existing proposals in the legacy system will be archived per University System of Georgia policy, and will remain available upon request via a Helpdesk ticket.
