Contact your home institution about financial aid eligibility.
Admission Requirements
- A transient permission letter from the registrar, dean, or another relevant official at the home institution for the designated term of transient enrollment is required. The letter must state student is eligible to enroll, academic standing, the institution’s transient approval, and include term of enrollment for transient permission. An official transcript is also required if transient permission letter does not include academic standing.
- Students must be in good academic standing and eligible to re-enroll with the home institution
- Student’s home institution must be regionally accredited.
Document Requirements
- Admission application and transient permission letter required for each semester of transient enrollment.
Additional Information
- All required documents to determine admission eligibility must be received by Admissions Services no later than the established admission deadline for the semester.
- Transient students are admitted on a semester basis only.
- Transient students are not guaranteed course availability.
- GGC is not responsible for advising student on the courses applicable to the program of study at the student’s home institution.
- Transient students do not receive financial aid from GGC. Student should work with home institution to determine financial aid eligibility.
