Biography

Dr. Keeta Wilborn earned BSN and MSN degrees from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a Ph.D. in Nursing Education from Georgia State University. She has clinical experience in adult health, critical care and nursing management. Wilborn has more than 30 years of experience as a nurse educator. She has written several program grants to support student success in nursing programs, which were funded through HRSA. Wilborn was named a Master in the Art of Nursing in 2012, and most recently served as a Center for Teaching Excellence Scholar. She is an active member of the North Georgia Heart Foundation, inc. board, working to reduce cardiovascular disease in Georgia.
