Starting Jan. 2, 2026, Information Technology (IT) will temporarily begin operating the Helpdesk in the Daniel J. Kaufman Library & Learning Center on the first floor during Project J-440.
The Helpdesk will align support hours and services with the spring 2026 Kaufman Library hours.
The spring 2026 Helpdesk hours follow:
- Jan. 2-9
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Jan. 12-March 7*
- Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday, 10 a.m-2 p.m. (online and phone support only, no walk-up support)
*Jan. 19: The Helpdesk will be closed for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.
- March 8-15 (Spring Break)
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- March 16-May 15
- Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (online and phone support only, no walk-up support)
