GGC's Employee Resources and Special Program Team invites you to attend the Leading the Way: Supervisory Learning Series, a structured professional development program designed specifically for GGC supervisors and managers.  

Basic Employee Relations Training: This course will offer two classes on June 16, 2026, and June 24, 2026. This 90-minute session is designed to equip supervisors and managers with foundational knowledge in employee relations practices, helping you build compliant and positive workplaces.

Advance Employee Relations Training: This 90-minute session builds on the foundational concepts covered in the Basic Employee Relations Training, diving deeper into complex employee relations scenarios and best practices.

Reasonable Accommodation Training: This 90-minute session provides supervisors and managers with essential guidance on navigating accommodation requests in the workplace, ensuring compliance and supporting an inclusive campus environment.

Building a Positive Work Environment: This 90-minute session explores strategies and practices that supervisors and managers can apply to foster a thriving, respectful, and engaged workplace culture at GGC.
