The public is invited to several events on the Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) campus for the week of Earth Day. Each event is designed to raise awareness of environmental issues and promote sustainability.

The following activities are free and open to the public.
- Tuesday, April 22: “Cigarette Surfboard” documentary screening, 5:30 p.m., Heritage Room, Daniel J. Kaufman Library & Learning Center
- Wednesday, April 23: Sustainability Fair, 1-4 p.m., crosswalk area between the Allied Health and Sciences building and Building A.
- Friday, April 25: Spring Clean-up and Planting, 9 a.m. to noon, GGC microfarm
The events are part of GGC’s commitment to fostering environmental stewardship through education, engagement and action.
