Catherine Jannik Downey, associate professor and interim dean of Library Services, and Stephanie Bennett, former Georgia Gwinnett College assistant department head of Access Services, coauthored a chapter in "Making Values-Based Decisions in the Academic Library," a collection that explores the decision-making process of librarians in formal and informal leadership roles.
