The Kaufman Library opens Aug. 10 with controlled access due to social distancing guidelines. Study rooms (with reduced occupancy) must be booked online via study room reservation (up to 14 days in advance, three hours per day limit).
All books should be returned using the book drop outside the library on the side facing the Student Center (open 24/7). Other library materials should be returned inside the building.
No fines have accrued for any materials due March 9 or after. The current due date is set for Aug. 21.
Please contact the Bookstore to return rentals.
Walk-in library users may check out items using your Claw Card by bringing them to the main desk on the first floor.
Circulation desk appointments can also be made to check out materials. After booking the appointment, please reply to the confirmation email with the title and call number of the item(s) you want. Use the library catalog, GIL-Find, to locate this information. Circulation desk appointments can be scheduled during the following times:
Monday – Thursday
9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
