Event and technical resources vary by space, but generally include a projector and screen, DVD/Blu-Ray player, handheld microphones, lapel microphones, tabletop microphones, podium with microphone and in-room PC.

Additional items that may be available include laptop PCs, portable sound systems, portable projectors, a digital podium with microphone and stage lighting. A technology specialist will also be assigned to assist with more technologically complex events.
