Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Georgia Gwinnett College.
All requests for meeting or event spaces go through an approval process to determine feasibility and the impact to our campus community. Students, faculty, staff and departmental groups have priority when making space requests.
Requests from non-college groups will be accepted up to six months in advance of the date(s) requested. If the desired space is available and there are no pending requests from on-campus groups, requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
