Elizabeth Boone: DIRECTORY

Joining Georgia Gwinnett College in 2010 from the private sector, Mrs. Boone enjoys being the first smile that students see as they embark on their journey at GGC. Currently, Boone oversees the Admissions and Recruitment team, training new admissions counselors and leading admissions information sessions for visiting groups on campus. As part of the leadership team, Boone also works to ensure that policies continue to be updated as part of the University System of Georgia mandates. As a recruiter, Boone enjoyed spreading the GGC story from Savannah to Augusta, Georgia. Bringing new students from outside the metro Atlanta area to GGC has been a gratifying experience for Boone, "It makes my week when a student stops by my office just to say 'hi'!" she says. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Boone looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of Georgia Gwinnett College.
