Makia Holmes

Makia Holmes is a master's-degreed scholar who enjoys the rigor and creativity that education provides. She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology at Clayton State University. She then received her Master of Science in child and adolescent development at Capella University. She has worked with students in many capacities including public school, private schools, group homes, Beyond Scared Straight program and private tutoring. She was the valedictorian of her high school. She was a dual-enrollment student who received the honor of joining the Golden Key International Honour Society. During her time of receiving her master's, she also was received into the National Society of Leadership and Success and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society of Psychology. She loves to see her students and all those she impacts grow and become everything that they desire to be.
